Guglwald Travel Insurance: Your "No Worries Package"

We understand that unexpected situations can arise just before your trip. To give you peace of mind, we have created our "No Worries Package". Our in-house travel insurance is 6% of your total booking amount and covers you 100% in case of illness, accident, or death. With this assurance, you can book your stay with complete confidence, knowing you are protected against unforeseen circumstance. 

How to Purchase our Travel Insurance

The travel insurance fee is calculated at 6% of your total accommodation price. To secure youre coverage, please use our designated travel insurance account when completing your payment. Ensure the payment is made at least two weeks before your arrival date.

With our "No Worries Package" you are covered in the following cases:

• Illness before your trip (including illness of your partner and children)
• Death in your immediate family
• Accidents occuring before or during your journey to Hotel Guglwald
• Delayed arrival due to unforeseen circumstances, such as roadblocks, avalanches, floods, or other natural disasters

Cancellation Conditions with our "No Worries Package":

• Cancellation free of charge up to one month before your arrival and until the day of arrival
• Postponements are free of charge from one month before your arrival (new date must be within six months of the originally booked stay)
   

Cancellation Conditions without travel insurance:

• Cancel free of charge up to three months before arrival
• From three months to one month before arrival 40% of the booking amount will be charged
• From one month to three days before arrival, 70% of the booking amount will be charged
• From three days before arrival, 100% of the booking amount will be charged
   

Our Recommendation: Opt for our travel insurance, to ensure peace of mind when booking, as it fully covers you and your family. When booking online through our website, you can easily add the "No Worries Package" and pay with a credit card. Important note: To guarantee your protection, please ensure the travel insurance payment is made at least two weeks before your holiday. Please note that postponements are treated as cancellations.
