Activity programme
As part of our daily activity programme, our in-house trainers offer a varied mix of beneficial sessions: Whether classic yoga, stretching & mobilisation or singing bowl meditation - our activity sessions bring body and soul into harmony. In Guglwald, the training atmosphere is also a top priority. The sessions take place in our new relaxation and activity room, which has been lovingly furnished by hostess Astrid. When the weather is fine, we are also happy to organise the sessions outdoors. The meeting point at the beginning of the session is always our reception.

Yoga summer
In summer, we expand our yoga programme and invite different yoga instructors from all over Austria to practice with our guests. This means you can enjoy beneficial yoga sessions with our hand-picked yoga instructors at least twice a day. The best thing is that we provide you with the sessions free of charge as part of your stay during the respective period. Also ideal for yoga beginners to get a taste of the yoga world. Simply sign up for the desired yoga session in the Aktivcorner and enjoy. Admittedly, a little sweating is also part of it.

Mühlviertel Yoga Festival
For all those who can't get enough of yoga, we have created the largest Mühlviertel yoga festival in May 2025. A whole weekend is dedicated to yoga and everything that can be associated with it. From Friday to Sunday, festival participants can enjoy yoga sessions in a wide variety of styles: From YinYoga to AcroYoga. The programme is rounded off with great workshops such as breathwork, handpan and ceramic painting. The festival also has plenty of culinary delights to offer, with first-class Guglwald dishes in a casual street food market atmosphere - with a vegetarian and vegan focus. In 2026, the yoga festival will take place from 22 to 24 May. Tickets are available in combination with an overnight stay or for external participants. Book now and experience a festival that touches the soul.
